HOLLADAY, UTAH – Dr. Andrew Ericksen, a leading dental implant provider, is finishing a renovation project that will provide more space for dental hygiene appointments.

Dr. Ericksen, who operates Holladay Dental Studio, practices in a 1,100-square-foot facility that includes the latest dental technology and comfort amenities for patients. The renovation project involves adding a new operatory to increase the number of hygiene appointments.

“We are really excited to be able to start increasing our hygiene department,” Dr. Ericksen said. “We want to make sure we do everything to give our patients the best experience they can have at Holladay Dental Studio. By adding this new operatory, we hope to make our appointment times more convenient and be able to get people in quicker.”

Dr. Ericksen said the practice finished 2015 with 400 new patients. Because of the increased demand of services and the new patients, Dr. Ericksen said it was necessary to add another operatory. Many of the new patients were added through patient referrals.

The new operatory will be ready for use in February, increasing the number of hygiene rooms to two. Dr. Ericksen said the change will give patients more options for cleanings appointments and cut down on waiting times in the office.

“We are solely dedicated to providing the highest standards of customer service and part of that is providing convenient appointment times for our patients,” said Mary Egan, Holladay Dental Studio office manager. “We offer convenient evening hours to accommodate our patients’ work schedule so they don’t have to take work off to take care of their oral health. By adding this operatory we hope to better serve our patients.”

Holladay Dental Studio, 2160 E. 4500 S., Ste. 3, is a comprehensive dental practice located in a newly remodeled office. The practice handles general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, restorative dentistry, orthodontics and dental implant cases. The practice uses dental implants to replace individual missing teeth or to stabilize patients’ dentures. Holladay Dental Studio also treats patients with Invisalign, a special orthodontic method that uses clear aligners to straighten teeth instead of uncomfortable brackets and wires. Invisalign aligners are removable and virtually invisible.

Dr. Ericksen is a Holladay native who attended Olympus High School and later graduated from the University of Utah with an undergraduate degree in international studies. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Creighton University in 2011 and took over at Holladay Dental Studio in 2012. Before acquiring Holladay Dental Studio, Dr. Ericksen worked at Premier Dental Care in West Valley City.

Dr. Ericksen also completed a dental implant residency at the Whitecap Institute, and he is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry.
